Mixed Berry Cobbler, with Hazelnuts and Maltese Honey

Although they look similar this is a 'cheat' on the traditional November Bones. Filled with everyone's favourite Kit Kat and Maltesers, it is an alternative for those who don't like the traditional filling.
Bajtra Rolls
Buttered cinnamon rolls filled with juicy sweet prickly pears (Bajtar tax-Xewk)
Leftover Bread, Banana And Jam Muffins
Never throw away bread. Use it for making croutons, pudding, or muffins! The secret ingredient (or cheat) here is that we are substituting eggs and oil with mayonnaise. Making them super moist!
Easy Sorbet 3 Ways
So refreshing during the Maltese Summer heat. We'll be making Blueberry & Honey, Strawberry & Basil and Mango & Mint Sorbets. You only need a couple of ingredients.
Butterless Butter Cookies
A lighter take on these buttery biscuits! Simple, only 3 ingredients, and really tasty.

Chocolate tortellacci with a sweet creamy irkotta filling served on a delicious strawberry compote. This recipe makes about 18 Tortellacci.
