Ch-EAT started off as a ‘cheat-meal’ cooking page. It is the brainchild of Jon Camilleri, a video editor & VFX Animator by profession with a passion for food, and creative cuisine.
By combining these two elements, Jon started Ch-EAT’s Facebook page back in 2019. After receiving a very good response by the general public and reaching over 10,000 followers in less than 10 months, the next step was to build a website to organize the content better.
Today Ch-EAT has evolved from just cheat meals. It offers articles & reviews, a variety of original dishes, traditional Maltese recipes (sometimes with a bit of a twist or ‘cheat’) and also sweets & desserts.
