Caramel Tiramisù

Ingredients
4 Espresso Shots
300g Ladyfingers Biscuits (Savoiardi)
500g Mascarpone Cheese
2tins Nestlé Cream (chilled)
180g Nestlé Carnation Caramel
50g Icing Sugar
20g Perugina Cacao Amaro
A pinch of Salt
Directions:
1. Brew the espresso in a bowl and let it cool down.
2. In a large bowl combine the chilled cream, mascarpone, icing sugar, caramel and salt.
3. Using a spatula or a hand blender combine them together until they are all mixed and creamy.
4. Dip the ladyfingers in the coffee and arrange about half of the biscuits so that they completely cover the base of a rectangular 9 x 9-inch dish.
5. Soak them only for a second or 2. Otherwise, they will break up.
6. Spread half of the cream on the biscuit layer.
7. Repeat another layer of ladyfingers and cream.
8. Smooth the top cream layer so that you have an even surface.
9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
10. Just before serving, generously sprinkle the dark cocoa powder on top.
