Chocolate Orange Mini Mince Pies

Ingredients
Dough
100g Plain Flour
30g Cocoa Powder
75g Butter or 'I Can's Believe'
25g Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
30ml Milk
Filling
350g Mincemeat
150g Novibloc Dark Chocolate (chopped)
2tbsp Orange Juice
1 Orange Zest
1/4tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4tsp Mixed Spice
Directions:
1. Start with the dough. Mix the flour, cocoa powder, sugar and butter together until you get a crumbly texture. Then add the yolk and milk and work them into a dough. Slightly adjust with milk/flour if it's too dry or soft.
2. Wrap it in plastic and refrigerate it for an hour.
3. For the filling just combine all the ingredients together.
4. Flour your kitchen top and open the dough. Cut into shapes and fill your mince pie/muffin tins.
5. Fill them with the mixture and cover them with little dough stars.
6. Bake in a preheated 200°c oven for about 20 minutes.
7. You should obtain around 20 mini mince pies. Depending on the desired thickness.
8. Serve them with some freshly grated orange zest and warm mulled wine.
