Nacho Chicken Nuggets

Delicious crispy nacho chicken nuggets with a taco flavour centre. 



Method:

  1. Place the minced chicken in a bowl and sprinkle the taco seasoning on top.

  2. Mix well together with a spoon or better with your hands.

  3. Ensure that you incorporate the seasoning evenly without any lumps.

  4. Crush the nachos with a food processor and place them in a bowl.

  5. Whisk 2 eggs in a separate bowl and place the flour in a third one.

  6. Take a spoonful of the chicken mixture and shape it into a small patty or nugget.

  7. Coat it with the flour, followed by the egg, removing any excess.

  8. Finally, coat it well with the nacho crumbs.

  9. Place them onto a baking sheet or air fryer. 

  10. Spray some olive oil on top and air fry at 170°c for about 18 minutes.

  11. Alternatively, you can bake them at 200°c for about 20 minutes.

  12. They should be nicely golden brown and well done on the inside. 

  13. Serve them with BBQ sauce or any sauce of your choice.

  14. Perfect for parties.
