Ingredients:
1cup Warm Water
1/4tsp Dry Yeast
1/4tsp Sugar
Around 700g Plain Flour
1tsp Melted Butter
Salt & Pepper
Some semolina to open the dough
Directions:
Start by mixing a cup of warm water with 1/4tsp of dry yeast and 1/4tsp of sugar.
Mix and wait until they get frothy.
Then using a mixer start adding plain flour and a tsp of melted butter.
Keep adding flour until you get a dry dough (roughly 700g)
Cover it and let it rest for an hour.
Then open it thinly, ideally with a pasta machine using some semolina.
Cut into circles using a cookie cutter and place them on a baking sheet.
Punch three holes in the centre with a toothpick and drizzle with salt and crushed pepper.
Bake in a preheated 220 degrees Celsius oven for around 15mins or until golden brown.
