Imbuljuta with Toblerone

Ingredients:
350g Dried Chestnuts
150g Sugar
50g Cocoa Powder
Orange Zest (1 orange)
Mandarin Zest (1 mandarin)
1tsp Mixed Spice
1tsp Cinnamon
1/2tsp Ground Cloves
700ml Water
200g (6 triangles) Dark Toblerone Chocolate
1tsp Corn Flour
Directions:
1. Soak dried chestnuts in water overnight and discard the liquid.
2. In a saucepan combine all the ingredients except the Toblerone and cornflour.
3. Mix well and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a gentle simmer.
4. Combine cornflour with 1 teaspoon of water.
5. Add Toblerone and cornflour mixture and mix well until the chocolate has dissolved.
6. Cover and simmer for an hour.
7. Serve warm.
