Mango Coconut Balls

Ingredients for 16 portions:
200g Asiago Frozen Mango
250g Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut
60g Condensed Milk
30g Rolled Oats
Directions:
Toast the oats in a hot pan until they start getting a light brown colour.
In a food processor, combine together the frozen mango (straight from the freezer) 200g of the coconut, oats and the condensed milk.
Mix well until a paste is formed.
Place the remaining coconut in a saucer.
Roll about a tablespoon of the mixture into a ball and pass it through the coconut.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
If you don’t like oats, simply replace it with more coconut.
