Spaghetti Tuna, Garlic, and Chili Pepper

Simple quick dish, simple few ingredients, great taste. You can’t go wrong with this one. I’m using gluten-free spaghetti.

Ingredients for 2 persons:

  • 400g Nutri Mio Gluten-Free Spaghetti

  • 1 Packet Dunia Food Tuna

  • 150g Cherry Tomatoes

  • 1tsp Olive Oil

  • 1 Chili Pepper

  • 4 Garlic Cloves

  • 15g Capers

  • Some Fresh Basil

Directions:

  1. Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water for 8 minutes.

  2. Chop the chili and slice the tomatoes.

  3. Place the olive oil in a saucepan and gently fry the garlic, chilli and tomatoes together for a couple of minutes.

  4. You can slice the garlic too, but leaving it whole is a personal preference.

  5. When they start to get some colour add the capers, tuna and chopped basil.

  6. Add about 4 tablespoons of pasta water to the sauce and lower the flame.

  7. Add the pasta, season with some salt and freshly ground pepper and stir for about a minute. Serve immediately.
