Spaghetti Tuna, Garlic, and Chili Pepper

Ingredients for 2 persons:
400g Nutri Mio Gluten-Free Spaghetti
1 Packet Dunia Food Tuna
150g Cherry Tomatoes
1tsp Olive Oil
1 Chili Pepper
4 Garlic Cloves
15g Capers
Some Fresh Basil
Directions:
Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water for 8 minutes.
Chop the chili and slice the tomatoes.
Place the olive oil in a saucepan and gently fry the garlic, chilli and tomatoes together for a couple of minutes.
You can slice the garlic too, but leaving it whole is a personal preference.
When they start to get some colour add the capers, tuna and chopped basil.
Add about 4 tablespoons of pasta water to the sauce and lower the flame.
Add the pasta, season with some salt and freshly ground pepper and stir for about a minute. Serve immediately.
