Spaghetti Tuna, Garlic, and Chili Pepper
Simple quick dish, simple few ingredients, great taste. You can’t go wrong with this one. I’m using gluten-free spaghetti.

Ingredients for 2 persons:
- 400g Nutri Mio Gluten-Free Spaghetti 
- 1 Packet Dunia Food Tuna 
- 150g Cherry Tomatoes 
- 1tsp Olive Oil 
- 1 Chili Pepper 
- 4 Garlic Cloves 
- 15g Capers 
- Some Fresh Basil 
Directions:
- Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water for 8 minutes. 
- Chop the chili and slice the tomatoes. 
- Place the olive oil in a saucepan and gently fry the garlic, chilli and tomatoes together for a couple of minutes. 
- You can slice the garlic too, but leaving it whole is a personal preference. 
- When they start to get some colour add the capers, tuna and chopped basil. 
- Add about 4 tablespoons of pasta water to the sauce and lower the flame. 
- Add the pasta, season with some salt and freshly ground pepper and stir for about a minute.
