Pink Sausage Corn Dogs
Malta’s Favourite Sausages!

Ingredients:
200g Yellow Cornmeal
300g Plain Flour
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tsp Sugar
1tsp Onion Powder
4tsp Baking Powder
2 Eggs
400ml Milk
460g (1pkt) Pink Sausages
Vegetable Oil for Deep Frying
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except sausages, oil and 100g of flour for later use. You should obtain a thick batter. Place it in a tall mug.
2. Pass sausage through a skewer and remove the outer skin.
3. Coat sausages with a thin layer of flour and carefully dip in batter. Fry immediately in hot oil until golden and crispy.
4. Serve with mustard or tomato ketchup.
5. Enjoy!
