Air-Fried Crispy Pork Belly

Crispy and juicy pork belly, few ingredients, and so easy to make! Just combine them with your favourite dipping sauce and enjoy. We served them with Satay Sauce.


Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500g Pork Belly Strips

  • Salt

  • Exotic Food Dipping Sauces


Method:

  1. Cut out the bone from the strips.

  2. Cut 1-inch slits in the meat, arriving at the skin.

  3. Season generously with salt, also onto the skin.

  4. Let it rest for about 5 minutes and rub away any moisture from the skin.

  5. This will make the skin crispier.

  6. Place it in your air-frier and roast at 180°c for about 35-40 minutes until nice and crispy. 

  7. Let it rest on some kitchen towel for about 5 minutes, then cut into portions.

  8. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
