Vanilla Biscuit Crème Caramel

Ingredients:

  • 60g Sugar

  • 3tbsp Water

  • 1tbsp Unsalted Butter

  • 150ml Vanilla Biscuit Milkshake

  • 3 Eggs

Directions:

  • 1. Start with the caramel, gently boil sugar with 3 tablespoons of sugar for about 5 minutes until golden.

  • 2. Prepare 4 ramekins and line them with butter.

  • 3. Divide caramel into 4 parts. Allow them to set in a fridge.

  • 4. Gently warm the milkshake until it almost starts to boil. Turn off and allow it to cool for 5 minutes.

  • 5. Beat the eggs and slowly add the warm milkshake.

  • 6. Pass the mixture through a sieve and divide it between the 4 ramekins.

  • 7. Cover with foil, put them in a baking dish and add about 2cm of hot water.

  • 8. Bake for 45 mins at 150°c.

  • 9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
