Rustic Twistees Biscuits

Ingredients:
150g Twistees
200g Plain Flour
100g Semolina
1/4tsp Instant Yeast
1/4tsp Sugar
15ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
150ml Lukewarm Water
Salt to Taste
Directions:
1.In a food processor pulverize the Twistees and add the rest of the ingredients to them.
2.Work it until you get a dry flakey dough.
3.Knead it for about 5 minutes using some semolina to avoid it from sticking. Then place it in a bowl and cover it.
4.Let it rise for about an hour.
5.Open it thinly ideally with a pasta machine and cut it into a biscuit shape.
6.Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and punch 5 holes in the center.
7.You can sprinkle some salt on the surface or even dry herbs like Rosemary.
8.Bake in a pre-heated 200°c oven for about 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
9.Enjoy them alone, with butter, cream cheese, or dips.
