Rabbit Bread Roll

Ingredients:
300g Beef Mince
1/4tsp Salt
1/4tsp Pepper
1/4tsp Garlic Granules
1/4tsp Thyme
100g Parma Ham
300g Rabbit Belly
1tsp Beef Stock Powder
100g Asparagus
3 String Cheese
70g Salted Butter
5 cloves Chopped Garlic
1tbsp Chopped Parsley
1 Large Bread Roll
Directions:
1. Combine beef mince, salt, pepper, garlic granules, and thyme. Set aside.
2. On a piece of cling film line the Parma ham. Cover with rabbit belly.
3. Sprinkle a teaspoon of beef stock powder.
4. Top everything with the seasoned beef mixture.
5. Line asparagus near the bottom part. Then line the string cheese.
6. With the help of cling film, carefully roll everything up.
7. Cover the roll in aluminum foil. This helps to maintain its shape.
8. Gently simmer for about 25 minutes rotating it twice.
9. Cool completely and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
10. Fry the roll in some oil for about a minute each side until ham is crispy.
11. In the same frying pan, add butter, garlic, and parsley and cook for 3 minutes.
12. Cut a large bread roll in half and make two cavities.
13. Insert rabbit roll and make small cuts on the bread.
14. Spread the garlic butter mixture, cover in foil and bake in a preheated 180°c oven.
15. Bake uncovered for further 3 minutes.
16. Take out of the oven and rest for 10 minutes.
17. Cut in slices and serve with gravy, mashed potatoes, and seasonal veggies.
