Nutella Pudina

Ingredients:
500g Stale Maltese Bread (2-3 days old)
600ml Milk
2 Eggs
100g Brown Sugar
50g Chopped Hazelnuts
50g Chocolate Chips
2tbsp Cocoa Powder
1/2tsp Baking Powder
1/4tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4tsp Salt
75ml Fresh Cream
60g Melted Margarine
200g Nutella
Directions:
1. Cut bread in small pieces and soak it in milk for 20 minutes.
2. Mash it up using (CLEAN) hands or a potato masher.
3. Add the eggs, brown sugar, hazelnuts, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, fresh cream, and margarine. Mix.
4. Add the Nutella and blend it well.
5. Grease a non-stick baking tray with margarine and spread the mixture evenly.
6. Bake in a preheated 220°c oven for 45 minutes or until the surface starts to crisp up. Do not overcook to avoid drying it out.
7. Cool on a baking rack and serve warm or cold with some fresh Panna.
