Pinsa con Burrata e Prosciutto Crudo

A crunchy pinsa base topped with pesto, creamy burrata cheese and flavourful Prosciutto. 


Ingredients: (serves 2)

  • 2 Fiorucci La Pinsa Bases

  • 4tbsp Sacla’ Ready-Made Pesto

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 2 fresh Burrata Cheese

  • 200g Erin Prosciutto Crudo (sliced)

  • Freshly Ground Pepper


Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°c and bake the pinsa bases for about 10 minutes until nicely browned and crunchy.

  2. Brush the pesto onto the base and drizzle some olive oil.

  3. Place the burrata onto the pesto and spread it all-over.

  4. Finish with some prosciutto slices and plenty of freshly ground pepper.

  5. Serve immediately.
