Ingredients:
200g Lamb Brand Ristorante Flour
1tsp Garlic Powder
1tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2tsp Salt
200g Lamb Brand Panko Breadcrumbs
1pkt Sausages
Cold Water
Vegetable Oil for deep frying
Directions:
In a medium-size bowl, combine the flour and seasonings.
Add enough water to form a soft dough.
Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a long worm.
Insert a skewer in the sausage and twist the dough around it.
Pass it from the Panko and deep fry in hot oil for about 3 minutes.
For a healthier version you can air-fry it too.
