3 Cheese Garlic & Cranberry Bread
Delicious pull-apart cheesey garlic cranberry sourdough loaf. Will compliment every Christmas table!
Ingredients:
1 Maypole Cranberry Sourdough Loaf
1 Portion Brie Cheese (thinly sliced)
30g Blue Cheese (crumbled)
4 Garlic Cloves (minced)
1tbsp Olive Oil
50g Butter (melted)
Fresh Parsley (finely chopped)
100g Mozzarella (shredded)
50g Cranberries
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Method:
In a small bowl mix together the garlic, oil, blue cheese, some parsley, and the melted butter. Season with salt & pepper.
Cut the loaf into even squares leaving about 3cm from the bottom.
Place a slice of brie into the cravices.
Add spoonfuls of the garlic mixture into the gaps. Leave about 3 spoons of this mixture for later.
Finish with lots of cranberries into the gaps. These will not only look nice, but give a lot of flavour.
Wrap in aluminium foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°c for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and drizzle the remaining butter mixture and spread the Mozzarella on top.
Bake for another 5-10 minutes or until the Mozzarella has nicely melted.
Serve immediately with fresh parsley.
