Galletti Chicken Fingers

Ingredients:
400g Chicken Breast (sliced into strips)
50g Plain Flour
1pkt of Galletti
1tsp Garlic Granules
1tsp Onion Salt
1tsp Smoked Paprika
1/4tsp Black Pepper
1 Egg
1 Small Can of Cold Beer
Oil for frying.
Directions:
Slice the chicken breast into strips.
Crush the galletti into small pieces. Do not grind them into powder.
Mix the flour and the spices together, add in the egg and slowly start adding the beer until you get the consistency of pancake batter.
Dip the chicken in the batter, coat with the galletti and fry for 2-3 minutes each side.
Alternately for a healthier version you can cook them in your air fryer for about 15 minutes at 180°c
