Fruitamisu’
Ingredients:
250g Mascarpone Cheese
200g Lamb Brand Topping Mix
200ml Cold Milk
1/2tsp Vanilla Essence
2 Cans Dunia Peach Halves
10g Cocoa Powder
10g Lamb Brand Sliced Almonds
400g Lady Fingers Biscuits (Savoiardi)
Method:
Open the peach cans and drain the syrup in a small dish.
Place the mascarpone cheese in a bowl, add the vanilla, topping mix, and cold milk.
Whip with a hand mixer until it’s firm and creamy.
Dip the ladyfingers in the syrup, and make and layer them in your serving dish. (20x20cm)
Add a layer of cream, followed by a layer of peaches. You can leave them whole or sliced, as you prefer.
Place a thin layer of cream, followed by another layer of ladyfingers and finish it with the remaining cream.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Add a thin layer of cocoa powder and roasted almonds before serving.
