Egg Hollandaise Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 Hard Boiled Eggs

  • 1tbsp Maille Hollandaise

  • Tramezzini Bread

  • Sliced Cheese

  • Spring onion

  • Lettuce

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Paprika

Directions:

  1. Slice the eggs in half and remove the yolk.

  2. Chop the egg white into chunks and set aside.

  3. In a small bowl, crumble the egg yolks, then add the Hollandaise, spring onion, dash of paprika, salt & pepper. Mix them up into a thick creamy paste.

  4. Add the egg whites and combine well, but avoid from crumbling the whites. It gives it a nice texture.

  5. Place some lettuce and the cheese onto the bread, add some of the egg mixture and close the sandwich. That easy!

  6. Cut it and serve.
