Directions:
Crush the Twistees and galletti using a food processor or crush them directly in the packet using a rolling pin.
Mix them together in a bowl and set aside.
For the batter, place the cornflour and flour in a small bowl.
Add the seasonings, egg, and enough water to make a batter. It needs to resemble pancake batter, but not too thick.
Place a skewer in each cheeselet and dip them in the batter and then coat them with an even layer of the galletti and Twistees.
Bring the oil to a heat (around 160°c) and fry them for 30-60 seconds until golden brown.
Dry them on a kitchen towel and serve warm.
