Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:
2tbsp Lamb Brand Chia Seeds
5tbsp Milk (any kind)
1tsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/4tsp Vanilla Powder (or essence)
2tsp Honey
1tbsp 0 Fat Greek Yoghurt
1tsp Chocolate Chips (optional)
Directions:
In a small jar or cup add the chia seeds, 1teaspoon of honey, cocoa powder, and vanilla powder, and add enough milk to cover everything.
refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight.
The chia seeds should turn into a gel.
Add the yoghurt, 1 teaspoon of honey, and chocolate chips, and enjoy.
