Beer Bread
A quick and delicious no-knead Beer Bread recipe. Try it toasted with some butter. Heaven!
Ingredients:
375g Self-Raising Flour
1 tsp salt
50g Honey
330ml Efes Beer(room temperature)
40ml Salted Butter (melted)
Method:
Preheat your oven to 180°C
Grease the loaf tin with melted butter. This will help the bread from sticking.
Whisk together the flour, salt, and honey in a large bowl.
Pour in the beer and mix gently until just combined.
The batter will be thick and lumpy; don’t overmix!
Spoon in the dough, then drizzle the remaining butter on top.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
Can be enjoyed fresh or toasted.
