Baked Pasta with Tuna

Ingredients for 3-4 persons:
400g Nutri Mio Gluten-Free Penne Rigate
240 (1can) Fiamma Diced Tomatoes
85g (1pkt) DuniaFood Tuna
1tsp E/V Olive Oil
1 Onion finely chopped
1tsp Tomato Paste (kunserva)
Salt & Pepper
Some Fresh Basil Leaves
20g Grated Cheddar
Directions:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and boil the pasta for 8 minutes.
In the meantime, fry the onion in the olive oil until it starts taking colour.
Add the diced tomatoes and tomato paste.
Give it a stir and cook until it starts boiling.
Reduce the heat and add the tuna and season to taste.
Cook for 1 minute stirring constantly and turn off the heat.
Add the basil leaves.
When the pasta is ready mix it with the sauce and place it in a baking dish.
Place some grated cheddar on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 20 minutes, or until it takes some colour.
