Ingredients:
Santa Maria Tortillas
Minute Steak
Eggs
Bacon
Onion
Ketchup
Worcestershire Sauce
Salt & Pepper
Olitalia Olive Oil
Directions:
Fry the bacon in a frying pan over medium-high heat until crisp.
Remove the bacon and fry the eggs in the bacon’s fat. Add some oil if required.
When the eggs are cooked, fry the minute steak for about 40 seconds per side. Add some Worcestershire sauce and season with salt & pepper. Do not overcook or it will dry out.
Cut the tortilla from one end to the centre and place all the cooked ingredients evenly on the tortilla as shown in the video.
Add some sliced onion and ketchup and fold.
Grill until the tortilla is crispy and serve with potato crisps or fries.
