Tortilla Burger
Ingredients for 2 Persons:
600g Good Quality Minced Beef
60g Mature Cheddar
1 Shallot
1 Garlic Clove
1/2tsp Sweet Paprika
1 Egg
2tsp Olitalia olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to Taste
1Tbsp BBQ Sauce
Lettuce
Directions:
In a small bowl combine together the minced beef, finely minced shallot & garlic, paprika, and egg, and season with salt & pepper.
Divide the mixture into two and spread it all over each tortilla.
Heat up a teaspoon of olive oil in a saucepan and flip the tortilla beef facing down.
Fry for 3 minutes, then flip the tortilla on a plate, clean the saucepan, and place it back in with the beef side facing up.
Lower the heat and spread the grated cheddar.
Cover the saucepan for a minute so that the cheese will melt.
Finish it off with BBQ sauce, fresh lettuce and flip it onto itself to create a taco.
Serve with crisps or French fries.
