Pretzel Burger

Ingredients:
- 2 Large Pretzels 
- 6 Boneless Chicken Thighs 
- 3 Eggs 
- 1/4tsp Ground Black Pepper 
- 1/4tsp Smoked Paprika 
- 1/4tsp Garlic Powder 
- 1tbsp Dijon Mustard 
- 1cup All Purpose Flour (00) 
- 3 Burger Buns 
- 3 Slices Cheddar Cheese 
- 1 Onion 
- 2 Tomatoes 
- Fresh Salad/Lettuce 
- Mayonaise 
- Ketchup 
- Oil For Frying 
Directions:
- 1. Tear the pretzels into pieces and drop them into a food processor whizzing them in bursts until you break them into large breadcrumb size. 
- 2. Flatten out the chicken with a meat tenderizer. Do not make them too thin! Season both sides with salt. 
- 3. Beat eggs with pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and dijon mustard. 
- 4. Flour the chicken, dip in the egg mixture and coat well with pretzel crumbs. 
- 5. Heat about an inch of vegetable oil and fry chicken at 160°c for 3 minutes per side. 
- 6.
