Pretzel Burger

Ingredients:
2 Large Pretzels
6 Boneless Chicken Thighs
3 Eggs
1/4tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/4tsp Smoked Paprika
1/4tsp Garlic Powder
1tbsp Dijon Mustard
1cup All Purpose Flour (00)
3 Burger Buns
3 Slices Cheddar Cheese
1 Onion
2 Tomatoes
Fresh Salad/Lettuce
Mayonaise
Ketchup
Oil For Frying
Directions:
1. Tear the pretzels into pieces and drop them into a food processor whizzing them in bursts until you break them into large breadcrumb size.
2. Flatten out the chicken with a meat tenderizer. Do not make them too thin! Season both sides with salt.
3. Beat eggs with pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and dijon mustard.
4. Flour the chicken, dip in the egg mixture and coat well with pretzel crumbs.
5. Heat about an inch of vegetable oil and fry chicken at 160°c for 3 minutes per side.
6. Lightly toast the burger buns and build your burger as shown, serve with fries and enjoy!
