Maltese Sausage Crispy Ravioli

Air-Fried Maltese sausage ravioli covered with a crispy cheesy nacho shell.


Ingredients:

  • 1 Packet Maypole Maltese Sausage Ravioli

  • 200g Cheese Flavoured Nachos

  • 2tbsp BBq Sauce

  • 1tbsp Maypole Honey

Directions:

  1. Bring a large pot of unsalted water to a boil, then add the frozen ravioli and cook for 7 minutes, or until they start to float.

  2. Discard the water and let them cool off.

  3. Mix the BBQ sauce and the honey together. 

  4. Add the sauce to the ravioli and make sure they are well coated. 

  5. Crush the nachos using a blender or rolling pin. 

  6. Coat the ravioli with the nachos and place them in your air fryer at 180°c for about 10 minutes, or until they crisp up nicely. 

  7. You can also bake them in the oven or deep fried in hot oil. 

  8. Serve them with your favourite sauce.
