Ingredients:
1/2 Maltese Peppered Cheeselet
150g Fresh Good Quality Minced Beef
1tsp Olive Oil

50g Shredded Cheddar Cheese
50g Shredded Mozzarella
1 Small Maltese Loaf (around 150g)

3. Set aside and let it rest.
4. Combine melted butter with parsley & flaked onion.
5. Combine cheddar & mozzarella cheese.
6. Slice Maltese loaf in half and remove some of the crumb in a circular pattern. Do not trim the edges!
7. Spread the butter mix and add half of the cheese mix on the bottom half.
8. Place patty on top and add the remaining cheese mixture.
9. Close loaf and press firmly. Wrap tightly with aluminium foil.
10. Bake in a preheated 220°c for 10 minutes.
11. Remove foil and bake for further 6-8 minutes.
12. Cut in half, serve with fresh salad and enjoy!
