Salted Caramel & Marshmallow Lion Bites

Ingredients:
1pkt (300g) Lion Triple Crunchy Salted Caramel
200g Marshmallows
300g Perugina Gran Blocco Dark Chocolate
A pinch of Salt
Directions:
Place the marshmallows in a bowl and microwave on high heat for 30 seconds. Mix and give it another 20 seconds until they are melted. Alternatively, melt them on the hob using gentle heat. Be careful not to burn them!
Add the Lion cereals and mix well, and add a dash of salt. If they get too hard to mix, microwave them for about 10 seconds.
Transfer them to a dish lined with baking paper. Be quick as they will start to solidify.
Cover the top with melted chocolate and refrigerate until they are set.
Cut into bite-size pieces.
