Ingredients:
500g Minute Steak (laħam tal-friża)
200g Potatoes
4 Green Garlic Stalks
4 Garlic Cloves (optional)
A handful of Fresh Parsley
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
1.Peel and chop potatoes into large chunks and place them in a round dish that fits on top of your pot.
2.Chop the garlics and parsley and place some of each on the potatoes.
3.Season to taste and put some E/V Olive oil.
4.Cover the potatoes with the minute steak and repeat with the toppings.
5.Add about 4 tablespoons of water. This will create steam and gravy.
6.Tightly seal the dish with aluminium foil. Ideally 2 layers of foil.
7.Bring a pot of water (or soup) to a boil and slowly simmer for about an hour.
8.Serve immediately. You can also squeeze some lemon.
