Honey Soy Salmon Poke Bowl
Poke bowls are pretty to make, healthy, and delicious!
Ingredients:
- 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 1tbsp Honey
- 1tsp Ginger (minced)
- 1/2tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Chili Flakes
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Spring Onion
- Sasame Seeds
Method:
- Boil the rice as indicated on the packet. Let it cool off completely, cover and refrigerate until needed.
- Cut the salmon into bite-size pieces and place it into a bowl.
- Add the onion powder, garlic, ginger, chili flakes, honey, and soy sauce and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour. The more you leave it in this marinade, the more flavour it will get.
- Place the butter in a hot skillet, then gently fry the salmon over a medium heat for about 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Defrost the edamame in a small bowl.
- To assemble, fill half a bowl with rice, followed by the salmon, edamame, avocado, spring onions, and sesame seeds.
- Enjoy :)
