Honey Soy Salmon Poke Bowl
Poke bowls are pretty to make, healthy, and delicious!
Ingredients:
2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
1tbsp Honey
1tsp Ginger (minced)
1/2tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Chili Flakes
1 Avocado
1 Spring Onion
Sasame Seeds
Method:
Boil the rice as indicated on the packet. Let it cool off completely, cover and refrigerate until needed.
Cut the salmon into bite-size pieces and place it into a bowl.
Add the onion powder, garlic, ginger, chili flakes, honey, and soy sauce and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour. The more you leave it in this marinade, the more flavour it will get.
Place the butter in a hot skillet, then gently fry the salmon over a medium heat for about 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Defrost the edamame in a small bowl.
To assemble, fill half a bowl with rice, followed by the salmon, edamame, avocado, spring onions, and sesame seeds.
Enjoy :)
