Hazelnut & Strawberry Imħobża

Chocolatey, nutty, crunchy, and irresistibly soft — this indulgent Valentine’s treat is bursting with sweetness and love in every bite. Perfect for sharing special moments with your loved ones and making the day extra memorable!


Ingredients:

  • 1 Maypole Imħobża Loaf

  • 4tbsp Strawberry Jam

  • 2tbsp Liqueur (brandy, whiskey, vermouth)

  • 8tbsp Chocolate Hazelnut Spread

  • 2tbsp Crushed Pistachios or Hazelnuts

  • 500g Fresh Strawberries


Method:

  1. Cut the loaf in half and brush each half with a mixture of jam and liqueur.

  2. Spread the chocolate hazelnut spread on each side followed by a healthy drizzle of crushed pistachios.

  3. Finish it off with sliced fresh strawberries.

  4. Serve immediately.
