Hazelnut & Strawberry Imħobża

Ingredients:
1 Maypole Imħobża Loaf
4tbsp Strawberry Jam
2tbsp Liqueur (brandy, whiskey, vermouth)
8tbsp Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
2tbsp Crushed Pistachios or Hazelnuts
500g Fresh Strawberries
Method:
Cut the loaf in half and brush each half with a mixture of jam and liqueur.
Spread the chocolate hazelnut spread on each side followed by a healthy drizzle of crushed pistachios.
Finish it off with sliced fresh strawberries.
Serve immediately.
