N'duja Tortilla Pizza
Quick cheddar-crusted pizza wrap with spicy n’duja & the freshness of burrata.
Ingredients: (2 pizzas)
4 Large Tortilla Wraps
30g La Molisana Tomato Passata
1 portion Edrini Vintage Cheddar Cheese (grated)
1 Portion Burrata Cheese (grated)
15g Edrini N'duja Sausage (Chopped)
Coppini Olive Oil
1tsp Dry Oregano
Fresh Pepper
Fresh Basil
Method:
Place one wrap onto your kitchen top and grate some cheddar cheese on top.
Place another wrap on top and gently press against the first wrap to sandwich the cheese in between.
Spread some tomato passata onto the surface, followed by some dry oregano.
Drizzle another layer of cheddar cheese and some generous pieces of n’duja sausage.
Bake in a preheated 200°C oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the craw pis nice and crispy.
Finish it off with some fresh dollops of burrata, olive oil, freshly ground pepper, and fresh basil.
Serve immediately.
