Twistees+ Chicken Fingers

Crispy chicken fingers coated with your favorite snacks!

Ingredients:

  • 2pkts Bacon Snaps

  • 2pkts Twistees

  • 2pkts Krips

  • 500g Chicken Breast

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 cup 00 Flour

  • 1tsp Garlic Granules

  • 1/2tsp Ground Black Pepper

  • 1/2tsp Salt

  • 1tsp Smoked Paprika

Directions:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 200°c

  • 2. Grind snack packets to breadcrumb consistency and set aside in separate bowls.

  • 3. Cut chicken breast into fingers. Nugget size is also good.

  • 4. Beat 2 eggs. Set aside.

  • 5. Combine flour, garlic granules, pepper, salt, and paprika together.

  • 6. Dip chicken fingers into flour, eggwash, and twistees crumbs. Continue with the other crumb flavors.

  • 7. Bake in a preheated 200°c oven for about 25min or until golden brown.

  • 8. Sprinkle with fresh chives and serve with ketchup and cheesy sauce.
