Tortilla Sweet Toasties
Tortilla wraps are not just for savoury food. I had to try this delicious sweet tortilla TikTok hack and the result is amazing!
Ingredients:
Mini Marshmallows
Banana
Peanut Butter
1tsp Caster Sugar
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Directions:
Cut the tortilla from the centre outwards.
Now imagine the tortilla divided into 4 equal parts.
Starting from the bottom right, spread the peanut butter.
Slice the banana thinly and fill the top right part of the tortilla.
On the top left part, spread the chocolate cream.
Finish off the bottom left part with marshmallows or alternatively with crushed nuts.
Fold the tortilla starting from the peanut butter side as shown on the video.
Add some more chocolate cream on the last fold to help it keep the seal.
Gently fry it in some butter for a minute per side.
Drizzle off with a sugar/cinnamon mixture and serve warm.
