Tortelloni Chips

Ingredients:

  • 1 Packet Lamb Brand Tortelloni (choose your flavour)

  • 50g Panko Breadcrumbs

  • 30g Parmigiano Reggiano (Grated)

  • 1/2tsp Dry Oregano

  • 1/4tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/4tsp Dry Minced Onion

  • 1tsp Olive Oil

  • Salt & Pepper to taste



Method:

  1. Cook the tortelloni in a pot of salted boiling water for 1 minute.

  2. Drain, and place them into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and let them cool off.

  3. Stir them gently so they don’t stick together. Lightly season with salt & pepper.

  4. In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumb, cheese, and spices. 

  5. Drizzle the breadcrumb mix onto the tortelloni and gently mix them together. 

  6. Transfer to an air fryer or onto a baking sheet for the oven.

  7. Bake or air-fry until they are golden brown.

  8. Serve naked, or with your favourite dipping sauce.
