Tortelloni Chips
Ingredients:
1 Packet Lamb Brand Tortelloni (choose your flavour)
50g Panko Breadcrumbs
30g Parmigiano Reggiano (Grated)
1/2tsp Dry Oregano
1/4tsp Garlic Powder
1/4tsp Dry Minced Onion
1tsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Method:
Cook the tortelloni in a pot of salted boiling water for 1 minute.
Drain, and place them into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and let them cool off.
Stir them gently so they don’t stick together. Lightly season with salt & pepper.
In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumb, cheese, and spices.
Drizzle the breadcrumb mix onto the tortelloni and gently mix them together.
Transfer to an air fryer or onto a baking sheet for the oven.
Bake or air-fry until they are golden brown.
Serve naked, or with your favourite dipping sauce.
