Pitta Pockets

Quick and tasty pitta pockets filled with ham, mushrooms and gooey cheese goodness.


Ingredients for 4 Pittas

  • 4 Leicester Bakery White Pitta Pockets

  • 100g Sandwich Ham or Prosciutto Crudo

  • 120g Emborg Shredded Mozzarella

  • 50g Button Mushrooms

Directions:

  1. Slice the mushrooms.

  2. Microwave the pittas for 20-30 seconds to soften them up.

  3. Cut the pitta bread in half and fill them with ham, mushrooms and shredded mozzarella.

  4. Place them in your toaster and toast for 5 minutes or until nicely browned.
