Ingredients for 4 Pittas
4 Leicester Bakery White Pitta Pockets
100g Sandwich Ham or Prosciutto Crudo
120g Emborg Shredded Mozzarella
50g Button Mushrooms
Directions:
Slice the mushrooms.
Microwave the pittas for 20-30 seconds to soften them up.
Cut the pitta bread in half and fill them with ham, mushrooms and shredded mozzarella.
Place them in your toaster and toast for 5 minutes or until nicely browned.
