Italian ‘Sushi’

An easy appetizer you can create in little time. Little salami rolls filled with salad, burrata and sun-dried tomatoes. 


Ingredients:

  • 2pkts Fiorucci Napoli Sausage (Sliced)

  • 1 Burrata Cheese

  • Rocket Salad

  • Sundried Tomatoes

  • Balsamic Glaze

  • Fresh Basil


Method:

  1. Place a piece of plastic wrap onto a chopping board and line 3 layers of salami overlapping each other.

  2. Add some rocket leaves on top.

  3. Spread the burrata onto the salad, followed by a row of sun-dried tomatoes and some basil leaves. 

  4. Wrap tightly into a roll, leaving 2 cm of salami from the edge to close it easily.

  5. Refrigerate for a couple of hours to hold its shape.

  6. Slice into portions and serve with balsamic vinegar.
