Cream Cheese Pinwheels
Simply tasty tortilla roll-ups filled with cream cheese, spinach, and ham. Ideally for lunch, or appetisers.
Ingredients: (about 8 portions)
2 Santa Maria Tortillas
200g Emborg Cream Cheese
Cooked Ham (cut into cubes)
Fresh Dill
40g Emborg Cooked Spinach (drained)
1tsp Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Method:
In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, spinach, dill, lemon juice, and salt & pepper.
Mix until creamy then spread it over the wraps.
Sprinkle cubed ham on top and roll.
Wrap it in cling film and refrigerate for a couple of hours to solidify the cheese and hold its shape.
Cut into portions and serve.
