Cream Cheese Pinwheels

Simply tasty tortilla roll-ups filled with cream cheese, spinach, and ham. Ideally for lunch, or appetisers.


Ingredients: (about 8 portions)

  • 2 Santa Maria Tortillas 

  • 200g Emborg Cream Cheese

  • Cooked Ham (cut into cubes)

  • Fresh Dill

  • 40g Emborg Cooked Spinach (drained)

  • 1tsp Lemon Juice

  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)


Method:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, spinach, dill, lemon juice, and salt & pepper.

  2. Mix until creamy then spread it over the wraps.

  3. Sprinkle cubed ham on top and roll.

  4. Wrap it in cling film and refrigerate for a couple of hours to solidify the cheese and hold its shape.

  5. Cut into portions and serve.
