Brown Ftira Ġbejna Pizza
Tasty, fast, and guilt-free delicious meal.
Ingredients:
1 Maypole Brown Ftira
1 Fresh Ġbejna (drained)
1tbsp Parmesan (grated)
1 Garlic Clove (minced)
1tbsp Fresh Parsley (finely chopped)
1tsp Olive Oil
2tbsp Mozzarella (grated)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Method:
In a small bowl mix together the ġbejna, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, olive oil, and season to taste.
Mix until creamy
Cut the ftira in half and spread the mixture between the two parts of the ftira.
Finish them off with mozzarella.
Bake in a preheated 200°c for about 15 minutes or until the mozzarella is lightly browned and bubbly.
Serve immediately.
