Caramel Biscuit Pudina

Got stale bread at home? Create this easy delicious dessert in under 5 minutes! Bake and enjoy.


Ingredients:

  • 400g Stale Bread (2-3 days old)

  • 3 Fresh Eggs

  • 300ml Benna Caramel Biscuit Milkshake

  • 150g Brown Sugar

  • 100g Candied Peel (or mixed fruit)

  • 70g Chopped Nuts


Method:

  1. Cut the bread into small squares and place it in a large bowl.

  2. In a smaller bowl, whisk together the eggs, milkshake, and sugar.

  3. Pour the mixture over the bread.

  4. Mix well until the bread is all soaked. Break the bigger chunks using your hands.

  5. Add the candied peel and nuts and mix well.

  6. Place it in a baking dish lined with baking paper and press down to fill the dish evenly.

  7. Bake in a preheated 180°c oven for 30-35 minutes or until the pudding is lightly browned.

  8. Gently remove from the dish and let it cool completely on a wire rack before cutting.
