’Butter’ Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 1tsp Olitalia Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1tsp I Can’t Believe it’s even Butterier!

  • 100g fresh Broccoli

  • 50g Shredded cooked Chicken

  • Salt & Pepper

Directions:

  • 1. Cut the broccoli into bite-size florets and sautee them in the olive oil and ‘Can’t believe’ for about a minute stirring constantly. Season with salt & pepper.

  • 2. Lower the heat and cover the saucepan.

  • 3. Cook for about 6 minutes or until the broccoli are cooked. Do not overcook them, they need to remain firm and crunchy. No one likes mushy broccoli.

  • 4. At the end add the chicken, give it a quick stir and serve.
