’Butter’ Broccoli

Ingredients:
1tsp Olitalia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1tsp I Can’t Believe it’s even Butterier!
100g fresh Broccoli
50g Shredded cooked Chicken
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
1. Cut the broccoli into bite-size florets and sautee them in the olive oil and ‘Can’t believe’ for about a minute stirring constantly. Season with salt & pepper.
2. Lower the heat and cover the saucepan.
3. Cook for about 6 minutes or until the broccoli are cooked. Do not overcook them, they need to remain firm and crunchy. No one likes mushy broccoli.
4. At the end add the chicken, give it a quick stir and serve.
