Ingredients for about 8 spiders:
240g Biskuttelli
397g (1tin) Nestlé Carnation Caramel
1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence
A dash of salt
50g Mini Pretzels
Chocolate Sprinkles
Sugar Pearls
Directions:
Pulverise the biskuttelli in a food processor or a plastic bag using a rolling pin.
Add the condensed caramel, vanilla and a dash of salt.
Mix well until you get the consistency of a moist dough.
If it’s too moist, adjust with some more biscuit. It’s it’s too dry, just add a teaspoon or two of milk.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm up.
Shape into balls and pass them through the chocolate sprinkles.
Split the pretzels in half and shape the legs of the spiders.
Finish them off with a pair of sugar pearl eyes.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
