Cookies & Cream 5 Minute Tiramisu

A cookie & cream quick variation on the more traditional coffee tiramisu. A delicious dessert idea to set up in just 5 minutes.


Ingredients:

  • 250ml Benna Fresh Milk (cold from fridge)

  • 100g Cream Cheese (softened)

  • 1tsp Vanilla Essence

  • 70g Caster/Icing Sugar

  • 200ml Benna Cookies & Cream Milkshake

  • 150g Savoyard Biscuits (lady fingers)

  • 20g Cocoa Powder (unsweetened) 


Method:

  1. Place the cream cheese in a bowl, together with the sugar, fresh cream, and vanilla essence. 

  2. Whip everything with a hand mixer until nice and creamy and place it in the fridge.

  3. Soak the ladyfinger biscuits in the milkshake and arrange them at the bottom of your serving dish, or individual cups.

  4. Add a layer of cream of about 2cm on top of the biscuits.

  5. Repeat the process.

  6. Carefully smooth out the top to give it a clean finish.

  7. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  8. Just before serving, dust the cocoa powder on top to cover the whole surface.
