Pistachio & Berry Pancakes
Delicious berry fluffy pancakes with a nutty pistachio flavour.
Ingredients:
150g Self-Raising Flour
20g Sugar (optional)
1g Salt
200ml Califia Farms Pistachio Flavour Oat Milk
1 Fresh Egg
60g Blueberries
30g Cranberries (fresh, frozen, or dried)
10g Gusto Etna Crushed Pistachios
Maple Syrup or Honey
Oil or Butter for Frying
Method:
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt.
Add the oat milk and the egg and whisk well until no lumps are visible.
Add the berries and give it a final mix.
Heat up a non-stick skillet, add some butter or oil over a medium heat.
Add dollops of about 2 tablespoons of the batter and cover for a couple of minutes.
When the top starts forming tiny holes, flip the pancakes and fry for another minute.
Serve with maple syrup, crushed pistachios, and fresh berries.
