Garlic & Wine Chicken

Ingredients:
1kg Boneless Chicken Thighs
1tsp Olive Oil
1tsp Salted Butter
20 Garlic Cloves
2 Rosemary Sprigs
1 glass Dry White Wine
Salt & Pepper
Asparagus & Couscous to serve
Directions:
1. Place chicken pieces (skin facing down) in hot oil and butter, add the garlic, rosemary and seasoning. Fry for 5 minutes.
2. Turn the chicken and season again. Fry for another 5 minutes.
3. Add the wine, bring to a boil then reduce the heat.
4. Cover and simmer for at least 20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
5. Serve with couscous & grilled asparagus.
6. Other serving alternatives are steamed vegetables, french fries or potato mash.
