Custard Fruit Cups

A simple, delicious dessert with chocolate biscuits, creamy custard, jelly, fruit, whipped cream, and a crunchy nut topping.


Ingredients:

  • Devon Chocolate Bursts Biscuits

  • Ready-made Custard

  • Strawberry Jelly 

  • Canned Fruit (or fresh strawberries)

  • Whipped Cream

  • Crushed Nuts 


Method:

  1. Start by preparing the jelly the night before and let it set in the fridge.

  2. To assemble the cups, crush a couple of biscuits in your serving glass. 

  3. Add some custard.

  4. Break the jelly using a fork and add some on top of the custard. 

  5. Add the fruit. 

  6. You can leave them in the fridge and add the whipped cream and nuts just before serving.
