Custard Fruit Cups
A simple, delicious dessert with chocolate biscuits, creamy custard, jelly, fruit, whipped cream, and a crunchy nut topping.
Ingredients:
Devon Chocolate Bursts Biscuits
Ready-made Custard
Strawberry Jelly
Canned Fruit (or fresh strawberries)
Whipped Cream
Crushed Nuts
Method:
Start by preparing the jelly the night before and let it set in the fridge.
To assemble the cups, crush a couple of biscuits in your serving glass.
Add some custard.
Break the jelly using a fork and add some on top of the custard.
Add the fruit.
You can leave them in the fridge and add the whipped cream and nuts just before serving.
